What You’ll Do

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll serve as a customer-facing brand ambassador, responsible for:

Treating lawns with environmentally friendly, high-quality products.
Performing core lawn care tasks like aeration, seeding, and weed control.
Introducing new services to customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
Managing shop work and ensuring equipment readiness.
Maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

A strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Reliable transportation to work and a solid attendance record.
Previous lawn care experience (preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate!).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
The ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery.
A commitment to safety and the environment.
The ability to meet production goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
