What You’ll Do
- Operate a sod cutter and aerator
- Prepare soil (grading, leveling, and cleanup)
- Install sod tight, level, and clean—no gaps, no shortcuts
- Load and unload sod and materials
- Keep job sites clean and professional
What You Must Have or Be Willing to Learn
- Experience with a sod cutter and aerator (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Florida heat
- Strong attention to detail—this is not sloppy work
Non-Negotiables
- Ability to tow a 7x16 trailer confidently
- Clean driving record (required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
What We Pay
- Starting pay: $25/hour
